Four years ago today, we lost Sean.

A son. A brother. And to these two special ladies, an uncle.

An uncle who they'll probably never even remember meeting.

Four years ago, we all lost our most awesome friend.

Let's stop this from happening.

We'll NEVER forget why we do what we do.

Chasing the Stigma (CTS) has launched the Hub of Hope - a national mental health database, bringing help and support together in one place, with a focus on grassroots organisations.

Basically, we meet every week for a chat and a check-in. We want to know how everyone is doing - and if they're not great right now, we will do our best to get them on the right path! 🥰

Come along on Tuesday night. See it for yourself. No pressure to participate (seriously, just tell us you only want to observe. We'll get you a cuppa and then we'll leave you alone, if that's what you need 😊)

One whole year of Sean's Safe Space 🥰

Tonight at our meeting, we will be marking our first anniversary! We're looking forward to welcoming Alison Allsopp for a slightly different (but guaranteed to be incredible) session 👍

We will also be taking some time this evening to reflect on the incredible life of an individual whose loss will be felt in our community for many years to come - Lara Kynvin. Amongst many other things, Lara was integral in bringing Baton Of Hope UK to Portsmouth & Gosport in September. She is, and will always be, sorely missed by so many 💜

And tomorrow (Wednesday 19th), we've been invited back on Express FM to catch up with Ian James - we're on around 09:30am, tune in if you can 😊

🌟🫂Tuesday is our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY🫂🌟

This Tuesday, 18th November, we will have been holding our weekly sessions for a whole year! We'll be marking this very special milestone with a very special talk at the beginning of the evening...

Alison Allsopp - one of the incredible TEDxGosport Speakers - will be joining us to discuss and show how philosophical thinking can positively impact how we approach difficult circumstances, and how asking the right questions might help put us on the path to recovery when we are struggling with our mental health 💜

And of course, you're ALL welcome to join us 🥰 Tuesday, from 6:45pm, at C2U on Gosport High Street (opposite McDonald's)
