Today, on International Women’s Day, I want to celebrate the incredible women who make such a difference in our communities and in our everyday lives.

To the women on my team who show up with dedication and compassion every single day. To the carers who give so much of themselves to support others. To the daughters and grandmothers who bring love, strength, and hope to their families. To the nurses, doctors, and medical staff who care for people when they need it most.
