Inner Sanctum Healing Why Inner Sanctum Healing? First, let me explain why I’ve chosen this name. I asked my guides for guidance on a name that suited the work I was about to launch.

The name I was given - Inner Sanctum Healing. What does that mean? Inner = inside/internal
Sanctum = sacred space/temple
Healing = to fix

That is exactly what this is all about. The modalities I am choosing to work with are all about healing you, teaching you how to heal yourself and so much more. In today’s society we are looking for ways to slow down, take stock and fix or change the way we’ve been living for years. So let me help you to do just that! Everything that surrounds us, everything that we are is energy. As Einstein once said - “energy cannot be created not destroyed” - it can only be manipulated. When we feel unwell or out of kilter, then our energy/body/mind/spirit - is all out of balance. With the following sessions/therapies,

I wanted to share this for those who’d like a new perspective.
I’ve seen loads around the shedding of the snake 🐍 and the fire 🔥 horse 🐎 coming in.

Full disclosure - I haven’t really followed it. Why? I’m not Chinese, it doesn’t have much bearing on how I lead my life. Does that mean 2026 is doomed? Not in the bloody slightest.

These are beliefs, some hold them, some do not. Either way, it’s okay 👌. If you washed your hair today - great! I bet it smells incredible 👃. If you didn’t, tie it back if you need to.

This is the same as traditions like our first footing at New Year - some follow them, some don’t.

It’s more important to believe in yourself than hope some gesture will make everything magically wonderful.

In my experience, your vibration is more powerful than anything else around - how you think, feel and act is what will create your destiny.

So for those worrying about missing out on the Fire Horse tradition - don’t sweat it 😉, you got this and if you need me - I got you!

Tonight was extra special, I hosted a private soundbath for a group of the most wonderful ladies.

Each was given a gift to help them along with tonight’s event and beyond.

We started off with a chat, opening of their gifts, reading their cards, then a mini meditation, a little fire release, (I’ve brought the ashes home to bury), and finished with a soundbath.

It was one of the most humbling experiences I’ve been fortunate to have. I am beyond grateful to them for trusting me and allowing what needed to happen.

From the bottom of my heart ladies, thank you 🙏, I wish you all peace, blessings and love 💜
