"INNER KALM" is the perfect name for our holistic business! Our aim is to bring about a sense of inner peace, confidence and healing to all. We do this through a range of therapies for mind, body and spirit. We are a small family concern who understand the pressures of modern day living. Everyone needs a helping hand from time to time, be it to ease aches and pains or build confidence and self esteem, whilst removing fears, stress and phobias. Our unique way of dealing with clients, empowers the individual to take control, leaving the person stronger within themselves. Jim is a smoking cessation specialist and has a multitude of successful clients who have quit for good in only one session! Addictions such as gambling and overeating can also be overcome with his methods of blending mind coaching with hypnosis.
We are both very understanding therapists, compassionate yet professional in all that we do. Inner Kalm hypnotherapy has been helping people in the Stirlingshire area since 2008. Clinical and Analytical hypnosis can help with a wide variety of subjects. Hypnotherapy with us is calming, relaxing and successful.
Reiki is a marvellous holistic energy treatment which gets great results. We love our work! Healing sessions are available with either of us. If you also feel drawn to learn this therapy, reiki courses are available with Inner Kalm. Reiki training courses are run on a regular basis to suit you! I prefer to teach the traditional way, hosting small classes of 2 to 3 people. I also provide individual training at no extra cost! This helps the student to learn more in depth. Courses are thorough, yet relaxed.
Personal meditation sessions for beginners are available on a 1 to 1 basis, or with a friend. A session is calming, relaxing and best of all you can learn how to relax for future use at home. Everyone can benefit from meditation. Qualifications. Normalene is a meditation teacher with the new age foundation, as well as a fully qualified Analytical hypnotherapist registered with the GHR., and Usui reiki master teacher. Jim is also a registered clinical hypnotherapist and mind coach, as well as a smoking cessation therapist and reiki master healer. Suzanne is a reiki master healer.
