What a week!!!

Another amazing week of blocks complete in Scotland, alongside our friends Mini Wonders Children's Physiotherapy

Huge thank you to Inverness Caledonian Thistle FC who hosted us for the week. They were incredibly welcoming and made every patient family feel welcome. They are a massive credit to their community and we couldn't have found a better organisation to work with.

As always, all of the love and thanks to Dream Believe Achieve - Highland who work tirelessly to support the families in the Highlands. Without their dedication and fundraising, so many children would be limited and never go on to achieve their independence.

We can't wait to come back in November and see all of you amazing physio warriors again soon!

CROUCH GAIT...

This type of walking is very common in patients we see and it can be tricky to address. But there are easy wins that can be achieved straight away by addressing orthotics.

Making sure your kids splints are working for them is essential to independence.

Banana Knees 🍌 🍌 🍌

Knee hyperextension = Banana Knees. Does your child push their knees really far back and then struggle to stand/step?

It's quite common and needs to be fixed to progress with independent movement. Orthotics and loads of strengthening can have a really positive impact
