We are taking Referrals now ready for when our Daycare Centre reopens we will have spaces available on Mondays, Wednesdays,Thursdays and Fridays Our service offers a two course meal and beverages through out the day and a range of fun and therapeutic activities. We offer support for people with dementia or other life limiting illnesses and people that may be isolated and lonely. For more information please contact us on the details listed on our page.

*COVID-19 UPDATE*

4YOU DAY CARE CENTRE

At this time our Day Centre service are closed due to COVID-19.

Once we are able to reopen COVID-19 procedures and precautions will be in-place to correspond with government guidelines and will be amended as new information and guidelines are published.

However, we are taking referrals in the time, for clients to be able to join our service upon reopening.

4YOU ONE2ONE SUPPORT

Our one2one services are currently available and running.

Are you, or a loved one in need of mental health support in your daily life or have a loved one with Dementia or other life limiting illnesses in need of daytime care and an opportunity to socialise and be supported?

We at 4YOU Reablement & Dementia Support offer a one2one Mental Health support service along side a Dementia Daycare Centre service.

4YOU DAYCARE CENTRE

We are a County Council approved organisation that is situated in the centre of Grantham town. The Centre occupies the ground floor of the Town & County club on St Peters Hill. We Provide 15 places on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of each week, for people with Dementia and other life limiting illnesses who can no longer manage independently, or who are isolated and lonely. This also provides respite for carers from their caring role.

The centre is specialised in providing a structured day. With support from staff, clients will be encouraged to take part in social, therapeutic and diversional activites.

4YOU ONE2ONE SUPPORT

Our one2one support service aims to help individuals to maintain their independence. We provide support and companionship for people who have difficulties in aspects of their social and daily lives

We have on-going, training and understanding staff who will provide emotional and social support in a sensitive manner.

With the support of our staff, clients will be supported to take part in social, therapeutic and occupational activities. our clients will also be supported and encouraged to function to their optimum level, this will be achieved by each client being individually assessed to ensure that support is appropriately provided
