The theme for this year is 'Know Your Rights, Use Your Rights'. We will be working to raise awareness of the rights the 5.8 million carers in the UK are entitled to, and empowering you to advocate for yourself.

The NHS APP has been redesigned to make it simpler and easier to access NHS services.

The new, user-friendly version will make it easier to:
• Order repeat prescriptions
• Access 111 Online
• View your GP record - Including appointments, Test Results, Medication and Letter from Hospital that’s have been added since November 2023

Accessing your data this way can help you to understand your health needs and share the information you choose to with other health professionals.

Every 1st Thursday of the Month we hold a Young Adults Group at Wyndham Park Visitors Centre at 1pm-3pm. A safe space to chill out, and meet new people. Free refreshments! Open to new ideas and ways to spend this time. Hope to see you there!
