Hi, how are you? I'm having a lovely break with my friend in Anglesey this week. I'm seeing lots of sheep and green fields and we're hopefully going to the seaside too.
I'm really looking forward to being back in the salon next Wednesday.

Half way through the month is a great time to have a breather. I'm practicing what I preach and caring for myself today. I'm planning on having a slow breakfast, meeting friends later and going for a coffee.
