Hi my name is Michelle, I am qualified in Reflexology by VCTC level 3 and I'm a member of the Association of Reflexologists. AoR members are held to the highest standards, are insured and are required to continue their development. It is my goal to bring relaxation to my clients, through Reflexology, so they can take time out and recharge their batteries. It is a well known fact that lots of health issues stem from stress and a lack of self care, I'm hoping that in my small way I can help you to alleviate some of this by having an hour to yourself to relax.
