New treatment offering at Ines Medics: Sculptra® (poly-L-lactic acid)

We are now offering Sculptra®, a collagen-stimulating injectable containing poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), as part of our medical aesthetics services.

Sculptra® works by biostimulating endogenous collagen production within the dermis, supporting gradual improvements in skin structure, firmness and tissue quality. Unlike traditional dermal fillers, this treatment does not provide immediate volume, and results develop progressively over several weeks to months.

Clinical overview:
• Designed to support improvements in skin quality and structural support
• Results are gradual and cumulative
• Treatment protocols are staged and individualised

Due to its clinical nature, this treatment is only available following an in-depth face to face consultation. This is required prior to treatment to assess medical suitability, review medical history, identify indications and contraindications, and to discuss potential risks, benefits and outcomes.

Thank you to every single client who has walked through the doors of Ines Medics in 2025 — whether you came to us for confidence, self-care, skin health, subtle enhancement, or simply a safe space to feel looked after. Trusting someone with your face and your wellbeing is not something we ever take lightly, and we are endlessly grateful for the faith you place in us!!

This year has been one of growth, learning, challenges, and huge milestones for the clinic. Chin Filler & Pre-Jowl Transformation

Our lovely client Chloe wasn’t happy with the shape of her chin and the hollowing in her pre-jowl area.
These small dips appear as the lower face begins to lose support, which can interrupt the jawline and affect overall balance. This can also be caused naturally by genetics.

We utilised 2ml of dermal filler to restore structure through the chin and pre-jowls, we were able to reshape the chin, smooth the lower face and subtly sharpen the jawline — all while keeping her features completely natural.

Soft, refined and perfectly in proportion. Obsessed!!!

*Chloe will be having a review 2 weeks post treatment. Minor tweaks may be required at this point. This potentially may not be the final result*
