The clinic is open
With the recent spread of Corvid-19, we would like to reassure our clients and friends that we are monitoring the situation carefully and working with advice from a wide network of health professionals.
In the coming weeks and months, it's inevitable that we will see further disruption to every day life and it is not just possible, but extremely likely that this will at some point affect the clinic.
The clinic is currently open as usual, however with the ever evolving landscape we ask that you appreciate, this could change at any time.
If we have to make adjustments to appointments or take the tough decision to temporarily close the clinic in the future, we will advise all due appointments 48 hours before (where possible).
To avoid dissapointment, please ensure we have your up to date contact number by calling us, any time, on 01476560100, remembering to confirm your name, due appointment time/date and your contact number.
If you have symptoms of the virus, or any contact with anyone currently in isolation please let us know as soon as possible.
Likewise if you have been to the clinic within the last 14 days and show any signs of Corvid-19, for the sake of the health and safety of all staff, clients and our families, please inform us immediately.
Until further notice we are removing the £5 sub-24 hour cancellation charge, for anyone that lets us know ahead of their appointment time, if you are not sure, do not risk it.
We understand this is a concerning time for many people, and with a wide range of our clients being within vulnerable groups, we wish our friends and clients the very best and advise you all to please be cautious and keep up to date with the latest information provided by the NHS and government.
