My Healing Hut - Sports Massage Therapy & Auricular Acupuncture I have been practicing Sports Massage for a while now ,on and off ,after qualifying at the London School of Sports Massage.

I am a qualified Sports Massage Therapist here to help you with any
injuries,aches and pains .Lucy practices Auricular Acupuncture , plus other Microsystems,effective in helping menopause ,anxiety, stress, tinnitus, migraine & Cosmetic Acupuncture. I also have a ITEC Diploma in Anatomy Physiology & Body Massage.But recently I decided it was time to put our lovely wooden hut in the garden to good use! I have taken my Sports Massage to various sporting events As well as Sports Massage I work part time at Nottingham Forest and mentor a few local football teams.( i also DJ but that's another story).My other clients range from dancers , musicians, farmers, cyclists,runners, footballers, hockey players, rowers,bankers, yogis to my quite elderly mother in law! So Sports Massage really can help a lot of people .
