Happy Winter Solstice!

So after a transformation cup of cacao & a beautiful meditation today from Gelong Thubten's Handbook for Hardtimes, I've had a powerful insightful, reflection & release.
Playing my amazing bowls, sun gong & drum, I have been truly embracing the Solstice energies, (And wow what energies they are!!) to bring forward the healing, loving energies I will carry into the New Year.
