As we move into the new year, it’s very natural to feel a little low, tired, or sluggish 🌙❄️ The darker months invite us to slow our pace, to rest more deeply, and to listen to what our bodies and minds are asking for 🤍 Rather than pushing forward, this time of year offers an opportunity to pause and gently reassess what we truly need.

Prioritising our wellbeing doesn’t always mean adding more to our lives 🌱 Often, it’s about simplifying — releasing habits, expectations, or commitments that no longer nourish us 🍃 Stripping things back can create space to breathe, to reconnect, and to realign with what feels meaningful and supportive.

With this in mind, you’ll begin to see some changes within my business over the coming year as I slowly weave and flow into 2026 ✨ I’m choosing to simplify my treatment offerings, focusing on services that resonate deeply with me and reflect my love for holistic, nurturing care 🌿 This feels like a natural evolution — one rooted in intention, balance, and sustainability 🤎

These changes come from a place of listening — to myself, to the rhythms of nature, and to the kind of care I want to offer 🌾 My hope is that this quieter, more intentional approach will allow me to show up more fully, holding space with presence, warmth, and integrity 💫

It’s hard to believe how far Healing Hands with Alli has come. This journey has been such a huge learning curve — from training as a holistic therapist to building my own business completely from scratch (with no prior experience!). 💫
