But let’s be honest — hormonal shifts during menopause can make movement feel harder.�😩 Joint pain, fatigue, weight changes... they’re real.�But so are the risks:�💔 Increased chances of osteoporosis and heart disease after menopause.�WE can do something.
✅ Build strength�✅ Protect bones�✅ Boost heart health�✅ Improve energy�✅ Restore confidence

Why Do So Many Women Stop Exercising During Menopause?
Because over 50% experience joint pain — and most fitness programs ignore it. 😣

💡 The root cause?
Hormonal shifts. A drop in oestrogen impacts:
✔️ Inflammation levels
✔️ Joint lubrication
✔️ Muscle, tendon & ligament function

🦴 This increases risk of:
• Osteoarthritis
• Osteoporosis
• Chronic pain
Especially from perimenopause to post-menopause.

📉 The result?
Many women avoid movement, fearing it’ll make things worse — even though the right exercise is one of the BEST solutions.
