Ash tree at Hambleton ( Rutland Water ) removal from last month , it had previously been topped / reduced 20 plus years ago , but the old wood was decaying below the regrowth points so a MEWP was used as the tree wasn't safe to climb .

Bythamtrees are looking to recruit an additional member of staff , initially 2 / 3 days per week but could become full time . This is an outdoor job with some driving but mainly manual . Self employed position . Previous experience desirable but training provided for candidate with a can do attitude .

Wanted , staff to work in local business assisting with tree works , estate maintenance . Either full time or part time . Need to be physically fit with and be able to get yourself to my yard . Ability to operate digger / tractor / chainsaw would be good but complete novice considered if you have a can do attitude .

Well FB regularly message me to say I haven't posted recently so I said to my groundy today " . . take a few photo's . . . " only trouble with that I had to hold the rigging line in mid drop for the photo . So it took nearly three hours , phone line , guttering and fences all survived .
