Grantham Health Store and Silverlane Foods Stamford We are mostly focussed on running our two shops, one in Stamford, the other in Grantham. Ruth has worked and run health shops from the age of 16.

These include: gluten free foods, wheat free foods, dairy free foods, diabetic foods, vegan foods, vegetarian foods, chemical free mineral based cosmetics, chemical free body care, natural hair dye, aromatherapy, soaps, flower remedies, books, crystals, magnetic bracelets, chemical free cleaning products, teas, coffee, delicatessen lines, chilled and frozen, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, nutriceuticals, multivitamins, herbals, glucosamine, sports protein, glutamine, creatine, energy drinks, weight loss, homeopathy, flower remedies and tissue salts.
