I wanted to share an unusual situation that might interest some of you. Clarence Place Residencies, a care home in Gravesend, was set to open at the end of last year but unfortunately never got the chance to start operating. As a result, we now have brand new, unused equipment and furniture that needs to be sold at heavily discounted prices.

Kitchen equipment
Office equipment
The kitchen equipment could be particularly useful for anyone running cafes, pubs, or restaurants. The specialised equipment could be ideal for assisted living facilities or other care homes, and the furniture could serve households, B&Bs, as well as care facilities.
