The Hollies works under a philosophy of care that dictates that all residents shall live in a safe and comfortable environment, where they are treated with respect and equality, irrespective of their needs and backgrounds and in an environment of trust and familiarity. We believe it’s extremely important to promote independence and understand that all of our residents should be treated as individuals so every person living with us has a plan of care designed around their requirements and preferences, granting them choice in all aspects of their daily routine. To ensure that our high standard of care is maintained, an independent quality assurance system is in place. The Hollies is registered with the Quality Care Commission (CQC). Looking for a fresh start in the new year?

We are currently looking for a day care worker for 18-28 hours per week and a night carer for 33 hours per week.

Shifts will be either 7-2pm or 2-8pm over a 7 day rota with a fair share of weekends and bank holidays for days and 8pm-8am for night shifts.

Experience is required within a residential care setting, and full training will be given.

Experience of medication administration using an Emar system is desirable
