Here are 3 surprising reasons your sleep might be suffering and how to fix it :

1️⃣ Blood Sugar Rollercoaster 🎢 – Late-night snacks high in sugar or refined carbs can spike your blood sugar, leading to a 3 AM crash that wakes you up.
Fix: Swap sugary snacks for a protein-rich bedtime snack like almonds or eat a balanced diet to feel satiated.
