Women's Yoga at Chafford Hundred

I have been practising Yoga for over 20 years and it has been a constant in my life. It was only natural that I would go on to study and teach Yoga as it has been a passion of mine for so long. It has helped me to keep calm and focused through some very difficult times in my life - as well as helping me lose over 5 stone after my son was born, and keeping my body toned and supple well into my 40's! I have taught Yoga in various gyms across London and Essex and am pleased to announce that I will be holding Yoga classes on Chafford Hundred at the Drake Community Centre RM16 6PS on;

Monday: 8.15pm - 9.15pm
Tuesday: 9.30am - 10.30am
Wednesday: 1.15pm - 2.15pm
Thursday: 6.45pm - 7.45pm AND
8.00pm - 9.00pm
Friday: 9.30am - 10.30am

Each week I mix up the yoga sequences so that we are working different areas of the body, which helps to keep your practice varied, interesting and effective! After that it’s £6 per class, or £25 for 5 classes. ALL CLASSES ARE HALF PRICE TO NHS WORKERS (based on pay as you go prices)
All levels are welcome - Beginners need to begin somewhere!
