Yummy hot sausage rolls have been made today by all our nursery children for their lunch in our kitchen. They made the pastry, added the sausage meat and folded them to create this look, then we popped them in the oven and all children enjoyed. 🤪

Don’t forget to book your breakfast and after school club spaces, here at JTD day care we drop and pick up from numerous schools, we are also qualified and specialist in SEN. Simple but effective.
Pipe cleaners through small holes.
This activity develops fine motor and hand eye coordination skills by manipulating the pipe cleaners strengthening the muscles in hands and fingers. Great for problem solving and sparking creativity. The children really love this activity ♥️

Just a few of the things that we have got up to in the setting this term

ITS THE 1ST OCTOBER…that means Sensory colour play.
Today in the baby room we are focussing on sensory, with sensory trays.
In our older children’s room we are focussing on sensory play dough and sensory circuits.
We are also sifting corn flour, shapes and magnets ♥️♥️

We love getting messy and exploring with textures at JTD daycare. Today we are testing our fine motor skills with tweezers and Pom poms this activity helps strengthen our pincer grip and hand eye co-ordination
