This week, we’re proud to be celebrating National Apprenticeship Week and recognising the incredible contribution our apprentices make across Phoenix Hospital Group.
Apprenticeships play such an important role within our organisation. They allow us to invest in people, nurture talent and create clear development pathways across both our clinical and corporate teams. From recruitment and marketing to patient services and clinical support, our apprentices bring fresh ideas, energy and commitment to everything they do.
A huge thank you to all of our apprentices, your commitment does not go unnoticed and we are delighted to have you as part of the team.
Here’s what Hayley, Recruitment Administrator and current apprentice, had to say about her experience:
“I began my apprenticeship course in October and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience so far. The learning has been both practical and relevant, supporting not only my own development but also benefiting my team and enhancing my effectiveness in my role. I’m excited to continue building my skills and look forward to progressing further within the company once I have completed my course. The company I have gone through are very approachable and flexible, and having an assigned tutor has really helped with connecting with the course and other apprentices enrolled.”
