How does training look for me currently?
โ๏ธ I have written myself a plan (like I do for my clients) which helps keep me accountable
โ๏ธ Over a week, I have 4 x structured exercise days which I rarely deviate from. These include a long walk, lower body workout, a run and an upper & core session
โ๏ธ By not overloading my plan, I find it easier and more enjoyable to stick to
โ๏ธ I do the workouts in generally the same time slots each week, which helps keep consistency
โ๏ธ My goals are to continue to improve my fitness and feel strong
โ๏ธ Working on my physical strength and fitness, helps my mental health too
โ๏ธ I donโt always look forward to training but I always feel better afterwards
