Welcome to Neets Feet 👣

Reflexology is an ancient holistic treatment using fingers and thumbs to apply gentle pressure on specific points over the foot or hands, the reflexes on the foot or hands will correspond to different parts of the body.

Reflexology can aid relaxation, reduce stress, anxiety, allowing the body to naturally heal itself.

I have been practising Reflexology since 2018 and truly believe the benefits of this beautiful treatment has helped many clients to take time for selfcare away from the everyday stresses of life.

You can find me Monday
Tuesdays mobile/home visits and Thursdays from Cornell Court in Saffron Walden and Fridays mobile/home visits.
