Whether you're brand new to Reformer Pilates or simply looking to get back to basics, this 4-week course is the perfect starting point. Designed to build your confidence and understanding. Each session includes thorough explanations and step-by-step demonstrations of the key exercises and techniques.
Over the 4 weeks, you'll build strength, control, and familiarity with the Reformer. Our experienced instructors create a supportive, small-group (max 4) environment where you're encouraged to ask questions, take your time, and truly learn.
By the end of the course, you'll have the skills and confidence to comfortably join our mixed-ability classes, knowing exactly how to modify or challenge movements to suit your level.
