My name is Maxine Keefe and I've been practicing Reiki since 2012. Since then I have treated people ranging from children to those in their nineties for a wide range of physical and emotional conditions including stress, anxiety and sleep problems. I also treat dogs and horses and run training courses from beginner to Master level. To briefly explain Reiki (ray key), it's a gentle, yet effective complementary therapy that promotes deep relaxation and natural healing. It heals and balances the body on many levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, which means it can help with a wide variety of conditions and issues. Reiki can offer - deep relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, increased energy levels, feeling of inner calm/contentment and also speeds up your bodies own healing systems. A treatment is carried out with you fully clothed either laying on a couch or sitting in a chair. I gently place my hands on your body and there is no pressure or manipulation used. You can choose between the following options for your treatment:

Taster session £25
40 minutes £32
1 hour appointment £40

Appointments are available during the daytime, evening and Saturday mornings. Usui Reiki training courses:

Level 1 (Beginner) £175
Level 2 (Practitioner) 250
Level 3 (Master) £600

Reiki is just as effective on animals. A dog treatment lasts around 45 minutes and costs £30, a horse treatment lasts up to 1.5 hours and costs £45. Please read the following testimonials from previous clients:
