This is a corrective core and pelvic floor course.
It's for anyone at any age having pelvic floor problems. Also for helping with deep core engagement, diastasis recti (abdominal separation), hip pain and back pain.
It runs over a 12 week period, meeting 6 times every other a week. Various start dates throughout the year.
Next courses are due to begin at the end of April.
As I was unable to find much local support for women experiencing core and pelvic floor issues, I have designed a comprehensive 6-level course to address this gap in care. Through my interactions with women in my other classes, I have discovered that many feel lost, uninformed, and uncertain about how to tackle these issues.
Also upon completing the course, you will possess the knowledge and tools required for maintaining a healthy and functioning body. Additionally, you are also invited to join a members only facebook group, where you can access all exercise routines based on what you have learned.
During the course, we will focus heavily on breathing techniques and their importance in resolving core and pelvic floor problems. We will work through exercises together, which I would like you to repeat across the weeks until our next session with guidance on frequency. The intensity of the routines will gradually increase over the course of the program.
