*To get started:
-simply message to sign up and book your first session with me.
This first session is kind of like an anatomy session
*Session Options:
-1:1 or 2:1: You can choose a private session or bring a friend.
-Location Flexibility: I can come to you, or you can come to me.
*Pricing:
-£85 per person
*What's Included:
-All the necessary equipment to perform the exercise routines.
-An initial face-to-face session where we'll complete the first session together and learn Level 1
-Online video tutorials for each level
-Written guides for each level
-Additional videos to support you as you progress
-Optional assessments to help you safely return to running or high-impact exercise
-Ongoing support: You can get in touch with me at any time as you progress.
