Tonight’s class was just beautiful we brought elements of the New Lunar Year into our shut down focusing on Abundance, independence and forward moving & then celebrated with a lovely Fortune Cookie after 🧧🐴
It’s the little touches 🫶
& I am so pleased as 4/9 ladies were returning ladies 🥹🫶

Today marks the Lunar New Year, a shift in the moon’s cycle, and a gentle invitation into a new beginning 🐴

In many cultures, this time of year is less about “new year, new you” energy, and more about renewal, reflection, and resetting rhythms

From a nervous system perspective, transitions can feel subtle or big. Our bodies respond to change whether we consciously mark it or not. Pausing to notice a new cycle can help create a sense of grounding and orientation

You don’t need to set intentions or transform anything

Simply noticing the shift is enough
Not a demand for change, just a reminder that the body moves in cycles too

Rest is part of renewal

Pausing is part of starting again

May this new lunar cycle bring small moments of settling for your nervous system

You’ll be guided through a calming sound journey designed to soothe your mind, release tension and bring your whole system back into balance.
Soft, steady frequencies will help your body shift into deep rest, no effort needed, simply lie down and receive.

Thank you so much to all the lovely ladies who came to our first Women’s only Crescent Hearts Event. This event was focused around the Crescent moon allowing us to let go of what no longer serves and looking to the future 🌙🫶
