A free stay and play for 2-4 year olds whose parents have concerns about their communication skills. Based in the Green Room at Malvern Cube, bring your child for some friendly, informal advice from two of our Senior Speech and Language Therapists, Nicky Gilbert and Holly Peters.

You can ask questions whilst our therapists observe your child and give you direct feedback.

Just in time for Children In Need day 2025 we wanted to share a little insight into our super successful SMILE groups!

SMILE were grant funded preschool intervention groups for children with delayed communication skills in Herefordshire, running from Ledbury Children’s Centre. Parents brought their little ones and learnt about choice making, signing and word learning through routines and play.

Nicky and Holly loved delivering these groups over the 6 weeks and want to say thank you to all the parents and children who attended!! Our hope is that we can access further grants to provide similar groups again 🧡💚💛
