Our Live Life Well course in partnership with the University of Worcester starts
again on 19 September 2025.

This is a 6 week course, taking place at the Worcestershire Breast Unit, 10.00am - 12.00pm.

Celebrating Lammas with my fellow communards! We shared a lovely meal followed by a fire, and watching the sunset (any excuse for a fire!)

Lammas marks the time between the summer solstice and the autumn equinox.

It’s a moment to pause, reflect, and honour all you’ve grown both outwardly and inwardly.

In Five Element terms, we’re entering Earth time: the season of nourishment, grounding, and gathering what sustains us.
