Our open gym hours are now longer, giving you even more flexibility to fit your training around your schedule.

Our new opening times are:

Weekdays: Open until 9:00pm
Weekends: Open until 6:00pm

Whether you’re an early riser, squeezing in a session after work, or prefer to train later in the day, these extended hours are here to help you make the most of your membership and your routine.

We know life can get busy, so we’re excited to offer you more time, more flexibility, and more opportunity to move in a way that works for you.

We kicked things off strong with the Ski Erg sprint… and fair play to James who set the bar high taking the win for the fastest 200m 💨👏

But now… we slow things right down 😈

This month’s challenge:
THE PLANK HOLD

Simple. Brutal. Honest.

No shortcuts, no hiding… just you vs time.

I’ve set the marker at 7 minutes 7 seconds to get things rolling 👀
But don’t let that put you off, this isn’t about beating anyone else, it’s about stepping up, testing yourself, and maybe surprising yourself along the way.

Whether it’s 30 seconds or 5 minutes… it all counts.

📸 We’ll be sharing attempts, leaderboard updates, and a few questionable facial expressions along the way… so get involved.

Movement Based Challenges 🤸🏻‍♀️🏆

Every two weeks there’s now a challenge in the gym. Winner gets £15 credit on their account.

Challenges will vary so not always based on cardio fitness or strength! A great way for members to try and improve their own score, not just compete with other members. It also reinforces the relationship with oneself when training and being aware of thoughts when they come up. After all, the gym is about mental health as well as physical and we should be going there to make us feel better. Healthy competition rather than ego driven. 💯

First one is on the ski erg - compete 200m as fast as you can. Who’s going to be the winner?! There’s 5 days left to try and add your name to the board! ⛷️
