This year, we’re offering a beautifully boxed Mother’s Day Afternoon Tea - designed to be enjoyed at home around your own table.💝

Each box is freshly prepared in-house and filled with a balance of savoury spring flavours and elegant sweet treats - 6 items total per person. Think delicate finger sandwiches, seasonal quiche with asparagus and wild garlic, warm scones with strawberry chia jam and cream, and soft floral notes of Earl Grey, lemon and lavender. Perfect if you’re already missing our plant kitchen! 🌿

4-Week Fitness Transformation 💚

Week 4 ~ Sustain

A massive well done to everyone who complete the 4 weeks. So many good results and progress made. Goals set and achieved.

A total of 17kg lost between 8 people and 22 body years!! They’re the stats we love to see. For some it wasn’t even about the weight loss, it was getting a good structure back and gaining muscle mass and confidence 🔥

This final week was about how to maintain and sustain all the work they’ve done. Hugely proud 💪🏼

A massive shout out to Helen and her hard work and determination losing over 4kg in the programme results here and she definitely had a great time 🤣

“This January I took part in the Rise Transformation Programme and I’ve been absolutely blown away by the results.

For me, I’ve never really worried about the number on the scales, but I do want to feel comfortable in my clothes and with my body shape. Now clothes are fitting loads better and I’m the leanest I’ve ever been in my adult life, which makes me feel more confident and comfortable in myself.

I improved across every measure and achieved more than I thought was possible in just four weeks. I was particularly amazed at the transformation to my body age. It started out a fair bit higher than my actual age and dropped below it by the end of the programme.

The food was full of variety and genuinely nourishing. I never felt hungry or restricted. Having the meal plans and shopping lists took away so much of the mental load of deciding what to cook and what to buy too. The meals were quick, easy, and satisfying, and I’ve learned loads that I’ll continue to use.

By far the best bit was doing it alongside the amazing community of women at RISE. We came to the classes together, supported each other, and shared photos of meals we cooked and encouraged each other throughout, which created a really positive and motivating vibe.

I honestly can’t recommend the programme highly enough. Sign me up for 2027!”

WEEK 3: PERFORM ⚡️

Week 3 has been the moment where everything starts to click. This week has been all about bringing the rhythm to life with a bit more power in the engine.💨

Members stepped into Perform ready to test their foundations. Workouts had more intent, more structure, and a touch more challenge. People are getting better at feeling the difference between effort and strain, choosing the right weights, pacing their intervals with confidence, and moving with a level of control that only comes from showing up consistently.

On the food front, this week wasn’t about more restriction, but more refinement. Plates became a little greener, portions more purposeful, and snacks more aligned with long-term energy rather than quick relief. Small adjustments have stacked up into real momentum.

The goal:

✅ More reps with better form
✅Stronger lifts
✅Improved endurance in the gym and daily work
✅Reduced bloating from consistent, balanced meals
✅Sharper sleep and steadier energy through the day
✅A growing confidence that you’re building something sustainable

Week 3 is often the time where people start to feel the work, not just do it. Where the body begins to respond, and the mind starts believing it.

Week 1 complete. Foundations ✅

Foundations week is officially in the bag, and honestly, I’ve loved seeing the group chat come alive. All your photos of meals from the plan and the recipes I’ve sent… they’ve looked brilliant. It makes me so happy seeing you actually cooking the food, enjoying it, and realising that “healthy” doesn’t have to mean dull or complicated.

This first week was all about getting some structure in place and building balanced meals that actually fuel you, keep you steady through the day, and reduce that constant refined-snack grazing that leaves you feeling foggy or low on energy. Nothing extreme. Just simple, consistent choices that start stacking up.

Training-wise, you’ve shown up in whatever way you could, and that’s exactly what I want. Even some running out in the snow and 6:30am wake ups 👀❄️

No pressure for perfect. Just honest effort and a bit of routine.

So, bring on Week 2. Keep sharing your meals, your wins, your questions, all of it. The community vibe makes such a difference, and you’re already off to a strong start.
