Last day in Kerala at Varkala Cliffs 🙏

India has been a journey of discovery of the soul, a learning curve that knew no bounds and one I will treasure forever.

From Delhi to Vrindavan, back to Delhi and then to Kerala.

This journey is only just beginning of moving me forward. I'll see where it takes me, what I need to do and how I will evolve.

I've met some amazing people, I've discovered that I can do more than I thought (travel wise) and realised I'm full comfortable with who I am.

Watch this space as I'm sure things will continue to change and evolve 🥰

Having a play with the singing bowls in Parvez's shop learning how to work differently with sound on and off the body 🎶

For the last few years I've been sourcing my Himalayan Singing Bowls from Parvez here in India.

As I was coming to India for the pilgrimage I thought it would be lovely to finally meet him and see his shop and the healing space he works in 🎶

Last night I enjoyed a healing session with these beautiful bowls. They took me on a journey to I'm not sure where. I know it was difficult to come back and wake up which was an amazing sensation.

Today I will be going back to learn how to give this session and see how these wonderful energies work on a deeper level 🥰

What is love? 💜

How do you define love? 💖

Is it a hug for someone? 💞

Is it helping someone? 💝

Is it just being in the presence of one another? 💕

If as one we can join together and share the love we can support all ~ each other, the world, our environment and everything that lives with us in this space.

Love is something that can be given freely and accepted as well. Share it without expectation or judgement. Make that difference even if it's to one person.

Know that the kindness and joy of love in whatever form it's given will create that wave of love which will just keep giving and giving 🙏

First day in Varkala and it began with a beach walk and a paddle in the Arabian Sea 🌊

Followed by a lovely coffee and breakfast bowl.

A wander along the cliffs before walking to a lovely Ayurveda Place for 3 hour pampering and balancing session.

Perfect and tonight will finish with a sound healing session 🎶

Our road trip leaving Vrindavan heading to Delhi via the Elephant Sanctuary. Roads of 2 extremes 😲

Today we left Vrindavan and began our journey to Delhi, where we will fly tomorrow for Kerala.

On the way we visited an elephant sanctuary that looks after and supports poorly treated elephants 🐘

So lovely to see them in more natural surroundings and being able to enjoy the space that have.

These beautiful elephants have been saved from being used in circuses, for weddings and pulling logs.

The Wildlife sanctuary wishes to save more and have started a petition. Here's the link to sign to help support in this way:

Our Story

Hayley became interested in complementary therapies many years ago after the birth of her children. Post natal depression was why Hayley was drawn to try other therapies as conventional medicine wasn’t doing enough on it’s own!

Over the years Hayley’s training began with massage, reiki, indian head massage, holistic facials along with other energy therapies. Hayley started Serenity Touch in April 2008 and hasn’t looked back!
