❄️ Advent 5th December
✨ We hold onto so much unwanted energy and negativity. Sometimes we're not always aware of doing it.
You may wake up or get up to move and find your body doesn't respond, or you get pain or tension. This could be what you're holding onto emotionally.
Today's advent is about releasing.
🙏 I would like you to spend a few months sitting and thinking about how you feel on that emotional level.
⭐ Do you feel anxious?
⭐ Are you looking ahead and feeling fearful if what you think you have to do?
⭐ Maybe you're unable to look forward because of worry making you feel ill?
✍️ I would like you to write down anything that is making you feel unlike your true self. Fear, worry, anxious thoughts, whatever makes you feel uncomfortable put onto paper so you take it out of your mind.
Remove from one place and release it from your mind, this may help ease any physical issues going on. It's very easy to get bogged down in how you're feeling in this moment and when you look ahead you feel overwhelmed.
🙏 Use this exercise to release and allow yourself to move forward in a healthier way.
🔥 Once you've written everything down, burn it. Maybe hold a ritual and say:
🙏 I release any unwanted energy, thoughts and negativity. I ask the universe to take these away for my highest and best good. I bring in positivity and love for my own and balance and alignment 🙏
