I specialise in anti-ageing and skin rejuvenating Mesotherapy treatments, Microdermabrasion and Dermaplaning facials. I also offer nail treatments, from gel to luxury manicures and pedicures. Waxing and St Tropez tanning. Eye treatments include lash lifts/perms and tint and more recently trained in classic lash extensions. Holistic treatments offered in the salon are Swedish massage and Reflexology.

"A father sat down after a long day’s work and wanted to read the newspaper. His son kept bothering him. He wanted to talk and play.

The father had enough. He tore out a page of the newspaper with a picture of the world and ripped it into little pieces. He gave the pieces to the boy and told him to put the world back together.

It wasn’t long before the boy was back. “How did you put the world back together so fast?” asked the father.

The boy explained, “There was a photo of a man on the other side of the paper. Once I put the man back together, I was able to put the world back together, too."

Healing begins the moment we decide to turn inwards, the moment we look at all that we've suppressed and decide 'I no longer wish to carry this'.

Reiki is the beginning of a journey back to self.
It is a return to our purist selves before the world told us who to be with all of it's pressures to fit in boxes, before the labels and the conditionings.

Reiki level one has been the foundation of my self healing journey, and I would love to share my teachings with you.

Another week and another step closer to spring 🙌 🌷🥰

If you are need of some 'You Time' over the next couple of weeks, here is my appointment availability -

Tomorrow - 3:45pm
Tuesday 3rd March - 2pm
Thursday 5th March - 1pm & 2pm
(all 1 hr slots)

Good morning everyone 👋🏻
I very rarely share my inner thoughts and feelings on social media, I save those for deep conversations in my treatment room 🙈 But today something is giving me a push to share this 😳

This morning I woke up to the word 'tumultuous'. Why, I don't know and I wasn't even 100% sure what it meant!
So if like me you are unsure too, it actually reflects the overarching energy of the world right now, one of chaos, disorder, uproar, agitation and the further disruption of peace.
After reading those words, I began to realise that if I continue to watch, engage and react in a negative sense to all that is unfolding on the world stage, then I am only adding to that collective energy even further.
Feelings of fear, worry, anger, frustration, agitation, upset etc all lowering my mood, my vibrational energy.
But, I have a choice.
What if I choose not to engage with these feelings and choose to feel peaceful, positive and hopeful and see this unfolding as a time for positive change? What if we all did?
Because it's clear to see that negativity, hate, anger, violence, power and greed are not the answer.
As a collective what if we paused and realised that we have the power to choose our thoughts and feelings and stopped engaging with these low vibrational energies?
Could we one by one raise the vibration of our planet?

I hope that this may change a handful of people's thoughts and feelings today 🙏🏻💖
