By the time most clients reach out to me for help with IBS, they are desperate and have tried everything else already.

I can't tell you, therefore how wonderful it feels for me as a therapist, to help clients to be free of it, and free of it quickly.

This wonderful client started to notice improvements after the first 2 sessions. And after 6 sessions, her symptoms were gone. We pencilled in a final session just in case she needed it. But I was incredibly happy for her to cancel, as there was nothing left to work on!

Something to bare in mind when thinking about getting back to eating healthily after all the Christmas food ...... 🍌🍋🍊🍉🍍🍒

Believe it or not, most people I see who are trying to lose weight but struggle with snacking in this way, do so because........
THEY ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH!

If we don't give our body what it needs during the day, then at an UNCONSCIOUS level we will crave whatever it is that's going to give us the Quickest hit of energy..... ie SUGAR!

𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙣𝙭𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮

Recently I have noticed a steady increase in the the number of clients I have seen suffering with 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙩𝙝 𝘼𝙣𝙭𝙞𝙚𝙩𝙮.
For many of my clients, before finding Hypnotherapy, the pervasive and constant fear of something being wrong with them, was becoming debilitating and effecting every aspect of their life.

So I'm so happy to have received this review after only 6 sessions. We had pencilled a final session in, but my client was happy to cancel as he didn't need it any more!
