If you spend several hours a day looking at screens - whether a computer, phone or tablet - you may be familiar with symptoms like tired eyes, headaches or blurred vision. This is commonly known as digital eye strain.

A simple habit that can help: the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for at least 20 seconds. It gives your eye muscles a chance to relax.
