Then come along to one our drop-in's.

Check out the poster below for more details of when you can just DROP IN to the office for help. No appointment necessary for Drop-In's, just turn up!

As well as our FREE monthly classes we are also offering free and low cost one to one yoga therapy sessions in Great Yarmouth and Gorleston to anyone living with chronic pain or those looking to improve their mental health.

In both the group classes you can practice in the chair, on the mat or a mix of both to ensure you are as comfortable and supported as possible.
