We have returned from our trip to Canada in the fall! The vibrant colours in nature were so inspiring...

Come and join us for a beautiful Tranquility Sunday at St. Olaves village hall this Sunday 2nd November!

We begin at 9.45am with an offering of gentle Egyptian bellydance to get our energy moving.
This is followed by mindful breathing, meditation and a transporting sound bath at 11.00am.

My famous chia seed, fruit and nut energy balls are provided between sessions, and herbal tea and social time afterwards really allows you to unwind and connect.
