I’m so excited to finally be able to share this incredible news…

Last year, we received an email saying we’d been nominated for an award. At first, I genuinely thought it must be a prank. But as I kept reading, it became clear — it was very real.

Our nomination placed us against training centres across Southern England, from Norfolk and Suffolk on the east coast all the way down to Cornwall in the south west. Many of these centres have been established for years and are hugely successful — so yes, it was a pretty stomach-churning moment for us.
And then came the result…

This is an award we are incredibly proud to showcase. It simply wouldn’t have been possible without our amazing team of trainers and assessors, and the ongoing support and mutual aid from our fantastic training partners.

The last few weeks have been busy for our teams within Pro-Safety Medical Services and Pro-Safety Training.

We are pleased to return recently to one of our valued NHS clients to deliver their annual routine training.

Over the course of the day, four of our experienced instructors provided:

💚 Basic Life Support Training

🧯 Fire Safety Awareness

A total of 83 members of staff successfully completed the sessions, ensuring their knowledge and skills remain aligned with current best practice.

We are also looking forward to returning in the coming weeks to provide further training to their clinical team on the upcoming 2025 Resuscitation Council guidelines — supporting continued excellence in patient safety and emergency response.

We’re proud to share some fantastic feedback from a recent event where we provided an onsite paramedic-led medical team for a brand-new customer.

They praised not only the professionalism and expertise of our team but also the reassurance and confidence it gave their staff and visitors to know high-quality medical care was on hand. 🙌

Building strong relationships with new customers is always exciting, and we’re thrilled that our service made such a positive impact and already being booked in for 2026.

We know it’s been a while since we posted, but here’s a little update from us! 🚑

We’ve teamed up with an awesome local company to provide medical support to client and help in delivering their Green Guide medical plan.

And… we’re super excited to announce one of our paramedic-led teams was onsite at Afri-Fest East 2025, making sure everything is safe and sound under the Purple Guide.

Big things ahead and we can’t wait to share more with you soon! 💪

🚨 Training Milestone Achieved! 🚨

We're incredibly proud to share the growth of our training division, Pro-Safety Training, in delivering essential First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care training.

📈 In 2024, we trained 125 students, including 43 NHS staff.

📊 In just the first 6 months of 2025, we’ve already trained 269 students — with a remarkable 140 of them from the NHS.

This brings our total to 394 students trained so far — and we're not stopping there.

💪 Our goal for the remainder of 2025 is to reach 450+ students trained.

That means even more individuals equipped with lifesaving skills and to help provide a nation of lifesavers.

Thank you to everyone who has trained with us — and to those yet to come, we can’t wait to welcome you! A huge thank you to our amazing group of instructors who proudly deliver our core values of QUALITY and AFFORDABLE training.

We were thrilled to be invited back by a long-standing customer for their Open Farm Day at Old Hall Farm — a fantastic event filled with fresh air, smiling faces, and community spirit.

Our dedicated medical team was on-site, ensuring both visitors and staff had immediate access to first aid if needed. We were even on stand-by for a nearby road traffic incident (thankfully, we weren’t required).

Not only do we support this customer with our Pro-Safety Medical Services division, our Pro-Safety Training division will be returning to deliver some first aid training.

So far this month, our incredible staff at Pro-Safety Medical Services have been out and about, delivering their specialist medical skills at a wide range of events — from off-road motorsport, to charming village fetes and joyful celebrations.

Today, one of our amazing paramedics was on duty at the stunning Creake Abbey for Plant Lovers Day 🌿🪴— ensuring everyone enjoyed the blooms in safe hands! 💚
