My Story

For the last decade, I’ve been working as a personal trainer and strength coach, successfully helping guys feel more confident about themselves using strength training and nutritionWITHOUT having to live like a monk. This means:


  • Helping them to lose body fat, whilst continuing to look strong and muscular and NOT weak and skinny

  • Encouraging them to enjoy themselves and NOT live a boring lifestyle - I actually want them to eat pizza, drink beer and not have to spend every waking minute in the gym

  • Providing high-quality, effective and structured training/coaching to ensure they actually move closer towards their goals and are NOT just killing themselves in the gym for the sake of it
