Fitness can often be intimidating and doing a class with a group of strangers is more so! At Workout with PRIDE, our passion is to create a space for all people to feel encouraged and supported while learning how to lift and exercise correctly in a fun inclusive environment. A 360 approach to wellness is fundamental, we want you to feel confident in
your body which is reflected in our motto, "Feeling strong comes in all shapes and sizes!"
Our LGBT+ group fitness in London offers strength and conditioning, functional training and HIIT, and yes, our workouts are hard but only as hard as you want them to be. And after a class, you're invited to join in on our optional post-workout social. Workout with PRIDE is about so much more than just training - we also encourage a well-balanced lifestyle in general which includes socialising and enjoying a healthier way of thinking. To help with this, we will soon introduce (optional) post-session visits to healthy eateries and cafes in the local area - watch this space! What’s even better - if the Workout with Pride sessions are making you hungry for more training action, we can also design a personalised programme tailored for you to do alongside your weekly workout with pride sessions - just ask your instructor at the end of the session.
