So… it’s about time. Let’s fix that! Here’s Tom’s bio’
Hi, I’m Tom — or Tommy, or Thomas… whichever you prefer!
I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I originally got into fitness to look and feel good, but over time it’s become just as important for my mental wellbeing as it is for physical results. Training isn’t just about aesthetics for me — it’s about mindset, confidence, and feeling strong inside and out.
I started working with Mark and Workout With Pride while I was at the YMCA, and I instantly fell in love with the classes and the community. The energy, the inclusivity, and the support made it something special — so I was genuinely excited when I was asked to teach.
What to Expect From My Classes
No matter your fitness level, you’ll get the most out of every session — I’ll always make sure you’re working at the right intensity for you. Expect to be challenged, supported, and to have a laugh along the way.
Music Vibes
Expect upbeat house, garage, and hip hop — but it might depend on the mood I’m in that day. Either way, the energy will be high.
