Fitness can often be intimidating and doing a class with a group of strangers is more so! At Workout with PRIDE, our passion is to create a space for all people to feel encouraged and supported while learning how to lift and exercise correctly in a fun inclusive environment. A 360 approach to wellness is fundamental, we want you to feel confident in your body which is reflected in our motto, "Feeling strong comes in all shapes and sizes!"

Our LGBT+ group fitness in London offers strength and conditioning, functional training and HIIT, and yes, our workouts are hard but only as hard as you want them to be. And after a class, you're invited to join in on our optional post-workout social. Workout with PRIDE is about so much more than just training - we also encourage a well-balanced lifestyle in general which includes socialising and enjoying a healthier way of thinking. To help with this, we will soon introduce (optional) post-session visits to healthy eateries and cafes in the local area - watch this space! What’s even better - if the Workout with Pride sessions are making you hungry for more training action, we can also design a personalised programme tailored for you to do alongside your weekly workout with pride sessions - just ask your instructor at the end of the session. March is when a lot of people start cancelling their gym memberships. The January motivation fades, they’ve done a bit of the work… and suddenly they just can’t be bothered. But as Kylie Jenner says — this is the time to go harder.

Stay consistent. One of the best ways to do that is to sign up for a group class. When you’ve got people around you pushing, supporting, and expecting you to show up, it’s a lot easier than doing it alone.

Find something that holds you accountable. If you’ve booked a class and paid for it, chances are you’re going to turn up.

At 46, I feel like I’m in the best shape of my life. More than that, I’m still genuinely excited about trying new things—moving better as I age and discovering how my body can adapt to different stresses, loads, and challenges.

I often think about the future version of myself. How do I want to feel later in life? How do I want to show up? What does that version of me look like? Those questions guide many of my choices. Whether I’m in the gym or simply going about my day, I’m mindful of the person I’m building toward.

For me, that vision creates a clear and positive intention. Some people say you shouldn’t focus too much on the future, but I see it differently. I’m optimistic about what’s ahead, while still staying grounded in the present and making the most of today.

And now I’m curious about you. How do you feel about getting older? Do you see it as something to resist, something to accept, or maybe even something to embrace?

When the cost of living goes up, so does the comfort eating!

Instead of spending a small fortune on ultra processed protein or snack bars, try these high-fibre bites. The fibre keeps you feeling full for ages, they’re gut-friendly, and honestly… cheap as chips.

All you need:
- 2 mashed bananas
- 120g oats
- A sprinkle of raisins

That’s it! U can add extras like protein powder, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, or whatever you fancy.

Tasty and most importantly budget-friendly.

Tom’s been a PT with Workout With Pride for over a year now, and we can’t believe we haven’t officially introduced him on the ‘Gram!

So… it’s about time. Let’s fix that! Here’s Tom’s bio’

Hi, I’m Tom — or Tommy, or Thomas… whichever you prefer!

I’ve been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. I originally got into fitness to look and feel good, but over time it’s become just as important for my mental wellbeing as it is for physical results. Training isn’t just about aesthetics for me — it’s about mindset, confidence, and feeling strong inside and out.

I started working with Mark and Workout With Pride while I was at the YMCA, and I instantly fell in love with the classes and the community. The energy, the inclusivity, and the support made it something special — so I was genuinely excited when I was asked to teach.

What to Expect From My Classes

No matter your fitness level, you’ll get the most out of every session — I’ll always make sure you’re working at the right intensity for you. Expect to be challenged, supported, and to have a laugh along the way.

Music Vibes

Expect upbeat house, garage, and hip hop — but it might depend on the mood I’m in that day. Either way, the energy will be high.
