My happy little space ✨
I love my personal altar and the items that I have collected over the years.
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what is on my altar, so I wanted to create a post sharing what’s on it 🥰
This is my personal altar, so the items here are what I’ve collected over time. They’re not an instruction manual for what to include on your own altar, so feel free to include more or less—you do you! 🩵
Here are some of the items on my altar:
🌿 Handcrafted artworks by some of my favorite artists, like “Seer” by and a Hare by
🔮Crystals, including an amethyst arch that I use to send healing to Mother Earth. I also have a small vial with some of my sister’s ashes next to both
🔔A singing bowl and a bell to help connect with spirit and clear my room. They also help me feel connected to my love of music
📖My favorite books, including The Witches Way Home by , The Little Book of Moon Magic by Sarah Bartlett, and my personal magical journal
🪶An American Indigenous feather that I use for smoke cleansing. I never use sage, only incense and Palo Santo
🗝️Keys to connect with Hecate to help with changes and to open up new opportunities. The massive one I got from the Tower of London
💎A clear box filled with Himalayan salt that I use to cleanse my bracelets and any new crystals. If you want to try this, make sure to use thicker grains, as smaller ones can damage the crystal surface. Remember to refresh or cleanse the salt on a full moon
🪄My wand, which was beautifully handmade at the Boscastle Witch Museum from my favorite tree, birch
🥰Small trinkets and pictures of my boyfriend that remind me of him
Do you have a special space in your home that you’ve created just for you? I want to know, let me know 🥰
