This transformation is about far more than the incredible 11kg she’s lost or the muscle we’ve built along the way.
It represents a complete lifestyle shift - one rooted in education, structure, confidence, and long-term sustainability.
In her 50s, she believed she was stuck like many women, stuck not enjoying training, stuck in the cycle of drinking more than she wanted, stuck thinking her best years were behind her.
The biggest shift? Education.
We rebuilt her training from the ground up mastering technique, understanding movement patterns, working through structured phases instead of random workouts. When you know why you’re doing something, confidence replaces frustration.
But the real transformation also came from nutrition.
She stopped dieting and started fueling. She learned how to eat to support performance, recovery and energy while still enjoying life. Off-plan meals became structured, intentional, and guilt-free… not a weekend free-for-all. That balance changed everything.
Lifestyle coaching is very different to prep. It's about meeting that individual where there are and building habits that fit the individual. Everyone’s goals are different and the route to getting there should reflect that.
She’s now the fittest she’s been in over a decade. Stronger. Leaner. More confident. More in control.
Proof that when you combine structure, education and consistency age isn’t a limitation.
