How lucky I am to be watching the sun go down for the last time this year, here in Thailand. I am 7 hours in front of you guys so a little premature 🤍🤍🤍 I am sat here reflecting on the year of 2025 with so much love and gratitude in my heart. With pride in finding new versions of myself that brought me peace. New strength found in overcoming some painful and challenging times which in turn strengthened love and connections 🤍🤍🤍
Even more nourished gratitude for my little business and for each and every one of you, clients, family, friends that make it imaginable, believable and possible. I am optimistic for what is to come, and excited to keep learning, including a future massage retreat to improve my skills and nourish my mind, body and soul

I am looking forward 🔜 taking all that resonates and letting go and leaving behind all that doesn’t align 🔚
However you are celebrating the end of one year and the start of the new, take a moment to reflect upon all you have become, the versions you have shed, the versions you didn’t know you had in you. You was not broken, you was being reborn. You are not lost, you are being led. Don’t be afraid to feel. Rest in your own power

🤍 Be proud, I am proud of you, so should you. You did something, said something, you made a difference. You are worthy.
