Home Care Support Workers – Inverclyde

We are currently recruiting Home Care Support Workers to provide high-quality care to individuals across Inverclyde in their own homes.

We welcome applications from UK and foreign candidates (with the right to work in the UK.

We’re Recruiting: On-Call Coordinator (Care at Home)

We are looking for a reliable and flexible On-Call Coordinator to support our Care at Home service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answering incoming telephone calls outside of normal office hours

Managing and covering staff sickness and last-minute cancellations
• Arranging suitable cover for uncovered shifts
• If cover cannot be sourced, being willing to work the uncovered shift where required
• Providing support to care staff and ensuring continuity of care for service users

About You:
• Calm and professional when dealing with calls and urgent situations
• Flexible and dependable
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience in care or care coordination is desirable (but not essential).
