What I should be doing today v what I'm actually doing! A look into the life of an over stimulated mind. I should be : finishing off all the writings for the class I'm taking in a cpl weeks and making up some kind of take away Workbook for you all. And cleaning my hoose.. what I'm actually doing: painting an alley way (close) that seperates me and my amazing neighbours hoose, painting it when I do not need to! It a close 😭 but have tonnes of left over paints and thought, it be nice to paint a big tree of life in there wee forest or something. For ppl to walk through to my garden in a wee wonderfully painted close! What do I gain from all that hard work... don't need to waste the paint by binning it!!! The life of me. Heads too active, so I give my self manual things to do that are extreme and not needed. Days off are never days off. 🤣

I've been working flat oot on building a class for a nice easy understanding of what is going on in the body and mind from a science view. Trying to combine everything that helped me. Trying to condense years of my own research and learning into something the masses can understand. It's not as easy as I thought 🤣 literally spent 12 hours writing last night 😭 and no where near everything I want to tell ppl. And the hardest part? Pricing! Any recommendations welcome for that bit. Be nice to see what ppl think they should pay. Bare in mind pls that I do like to reach ppl who can't afford these things. Here's what's happening
Probably a 5 hour day!
In the cabin
Total relaxed vibe, no rigid chairs and tables. I might even flood the place with comfy pillows and blankets?? Chairs are an option.

All of that with somatic excersize you can do yourself. But energy focused the entire way through as this is what ppl don't understand and is what's really important. Throw science at it and ppl get it. So aye any recommendations on pricing or what you'd like to see taught, throw it in the comments pls. X
