Using retinoids or acids?
Winter is when irritation shows most.

My winter rules:
• Reduce frequency
• Don’t layer multiple actives
• Moisturise, moisturise, moisturise (or use the sandwich method - before and after your retinol)

You can still get amazing results - but gently
