The Home Instead Christmas Cards have been printed! 🎑🎅🏽🎄🎁

The UK’s leading domiciliary care company, Home Instead, joined forces with Fairholme Preparatory School in St. Asaph and The Rofft Primary School in Wrexham to launch a heartwarming Christmas Card Competition Fundraiser in support of Home Instead Charities.

Home Instead Charities raises funds to provide grants to local community groups and charities that support ageing adults — helping them stay happy, healthy, and connected to their communities.

As part of the initiative, every Christmas card entered into the competition will be distributed to older people across North Wales; including Home Instead clients, members of local community groups, and others nominated to receive a festive greeting.

The care and creativity the children put into their designs and messages has been remarkable. ✨

The designs were judged by the ladies at She Shed in Colwyn Bay and Wrexham Dementia Friendly Art Group who selected the winning designs along with several runners-up. Prizes have been awarded to the talented young artists with the winning Christmas cards printed and sold by Home Instead to family, friends, and the wider community, with all proceeds going to support Home Instead Charities.💚

“It’s been wonderful to work with the local schools, encouraging their artistic talents while also teaching them about community support and reducing social isolation — something as simple as a thoughtful card can make a big difference.”
