Tomorrow morning, between 10am - 12pm , there will be an adviser from the Alzheimer's Society in North East Lincolnshire at Freshney Green Primary Care Centre.
They will be based at our main entrance, available to meet with patients, their families and carer's, to answer any questions your may have.
There will be a room available if you would prefer to speak with the adviser in a private area.
