Hello everyone 😊

I’m looking at running some small wellbeing sessions at my village hall in East Halton and wanted to see if there would be any interest before I organise anything.

I’m currently considering:

🌿 Mother & baby classes
(gentle massage, simple reflexology routines & a supportive space for mums) 0-9 months to start

🧘‍♀️ Meditation sound baths
(a chance to relax, reset and unwind with guided meditation and sound)

I’d love to keep these local and accessible for the community if there’s enough interest.
